they used to pay a bit over market, not anymore from what I am now told

Minpunten

- management have no idea of what it is to run a business - totally disruptive system, nothing gets solved, and the problems get accumulated a bit more - good employees that point out what is not working and how to solve it are simply...fired - worst place ever, keep on looking for a job, but don't enter in ADP, Streamline or Globalview, that would be a career suicide. - only people that goes play paddle with management get promoted - the actual product they sell to their customers are not even at the level of prototype thinking about client connectivity and recovery of data. - thy sell wind and tigh their client with incredible penalties, while they don't have any - no deadline has ever been accomplished in this company - no quality checks at all
