Good salary, 1 or 2 excellent leaders, interesting projects, talented coworkers. There are some good leaders at AECOM but not enough of them to create a positive effect on the culture.
Minpunten
Majority of leaders focused on bottomline only. Flexible work arrangements are actively discouraged by Senior leaders. Most engineering companies are moving past "if you are not here you are not working" models.
