      There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

      Minpunten

      This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.

      Accenture, one of the best company today and most human-centric driven by real values and focusing on what matters: employees and clients, and these two can't be separated. When employees are treated well, clients will be also. Nothing against people from Indians, I had a classy, brilliant and respectiful manager. However in projects, challenges dealing with male managers, often looking down on female professiaonals and rude. Neverr clicked with exepte with my brilliant manager. As for female indians, some great and other envious for the level of your knowledge, These are facts.

      None at this point. Depending on the project or individual role, work-life balance ma vary and can be heavy at times. Overall, collaborative and well organized. Lots of roles in India. More than US including more indian nationals than US citizens in projects.
