Working at Kijiji (part of Adevinta) has been and is still a nightmare. Where should I start? Nothing seems to be working here and no one has a clue of what they are doing. Product: Kijiji and Kijiji Autos are both dying platforms with less and less traffic. Businesses are canceling their subscriptions due to no leads, nothing works properly on the website (especially the click-to-show phone number is not working, how are potential buyers supposed to reach out to businesses) and the app is even worse. Company: if you want to feel discriminated against, mixed up with other ethnic folks, or unrecognized for your hard work and achievements, have your request ignored by HR, Payroll, and sometimes your own Manager after reaching out several times, this is the place to be! And did I mention that your pay gets screwed every time? especially your bonus and commission?
