They do this by getting appointed with Aflac and then working with a Market director and moving in on an existing Aflac account by offering a complete offering of Health Insurance, Dental, 401 K, Long Term disability, etc. This practice is becoming more prevalent and management doesn't care about the Agent who built up and serviced the account.
