This is not a customer service job, but it carries a similar mental load to working in a busy call centre. Compared to a busy call centre role, however, the pay is better.

Minpunten

* You will be expected to work like a robot. * Every company is KPI-driven, but Amazon takes it to another level. * Compared to companies such as Meta and co , Amazon offers the bare minimum in terms of benefits. At the very least, Amazon could have offered free lunch like some of its competitors.

Je moet gemotiveerd zijn. NIEMAND zal je hand vasthouden en je vertellen dat je het geweldig doet. Als je constante bevestigingen van het management nodig hebt, is dit bedrijf niets voor jou.
