Surrounded with very smart people, but this varies by group and team. There is a high level of innovation and risk taking is encouraged. Fast paced with regular delivery of new products and features. If you are willing to commit to the Amazon way it can be a rewarding place to work.
Minpunten
Committing to the Amazon way will take a toll on your life away from work. The place is dominated with 20 something, opinionated engineers and if you enjoy that environment then sign up. Not a great place for family oriented folks, where reaching a work/life balance is hard.
