Pluspunten

Good for people with no social lives Good for those that Don't mind serious manual labor for chump change (Speaking as a sorter on the graveyard shift) Drivers usually are nice if you take the time to load the trucks correctly.

Minpunten

Disorganized Messy Supervisors only seem to start helping when someone has the gall to stop the line once everyone is litterally burried in boxes Virtually no benefits No sick days No holidays Need I say more?

Minpunten

Most AMs have avoritism among employees. We get mandatory extra time (now is calling "voluntary" but you have to go when it is schedule) at the end of the year, what makes difficult for some of us when we have kids and they're really rigid about it.

Je moet gemotiveerd zijn. NIEMAND zal je hand vasthouden en je vertellen dat je het geweldig doet. Als je constante bevestigingen van het management nodig hebt, is dit bedrijf niets voor jou.
