Extremely toxic culture among colleagues to prove they are better than their teammates due to survival of strongest view point of Jeff B. This rises all sorts of corrupt behavior, teammates fabrication of lies or exaggerated claims to hurt their own team mate. Inside a team you form your clique to support and others to blame. Good place to learn politics.
