Great engineering principles with good tooling that supports them. Great is you are starting your career you will get great value and principles

Minpunten

They expect you to not have any type of life unless is dedicated to the company If you are a seasoned engineer they don't value new contributions a lot and they shut down discussions with their "local" jargon based on LPs.

Most AMs have avoritism among employees. We get mandatory extra time (now is calling "voluntary" but you have to go when it is schedule) at the end of the year, what makes difficult for some of us when we have kids and they're really rigid about it.
