Which makes your job more interesting if you are into this. if your young, unattached and willing to relocate when new job opportunities open. Then this is a good job to be in, but don't get comfortable.

Company is going thru a youth movement. if your of middle age this could be the end of your career. Pay is average at best. In the past this was compensated with great perks ( free Beer, Trips, Parties, bonuses) , but all that has been taken away to increase the bottom line and guarantee top 40 executives share in that big bonus pool.
