Biggest perk at the company is that if you're VP level and above, you'll be protected when multiple employees file complaints against you for screaming at them and making them cry, and forcing employees to come into the office to finish working after hours, and if anything, get promoted. If you're in senior management and need a new company to terrorize junior level employees you've found the right company.

Purchase by Aon destroyed the company. SF is just a shell of its former self - all the talent that gave the company its name has left. All remaining employees are visa holders that are forced to stay, and low performers that keep getting promoted.
