Pluspunten

The people for sure. The the computers and the IT system, it works fast and always someone to help you. The office is clean in the food is good. Coffee and fruit is offered. And you speak all day with the intire world.

Minpunten

The pressure of work. You do not have free time while on the phone as there are not enought people hired to do the job.
