Big network. Great platform to learn and grow with.

sometimes in smaller offices, there isn't much room for "growth". No other open positions or title changes because the market just doesn't call for someone with that title.

My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
