- If you don't get a mission (client) quickly, you are no longer a priority for sales department to find you a job (it is my personal opinion, not a confirmed fact) - the bench time is nice just at the beggining, later it is depresing - sometimes you can be a little bit forced to accept a mission you don't like (boring or far away) - quite often capgemini changes the internal procedures and everyone has to follow with filling in additional documents/keeping up to date the internal profiles and so on. It is understandable for bench people, but those who have mission need to do it in personal time.
