Company is nice for those who prefer functional role in healthcare domain else everything is worst here. Insurance benefits are little speedy for employees. There is 30 and 90 days feedback system, sometime it works. Only good for non-technical folks.

Please aware of this company policies, they can roll out different offer letter after you join this company. Difference in your role, They change people role from Developer to QA. Client first approach and they really not care about employees Completely messed up life in work and life balancing No stability in project work, always switching between modules Cant expect anything good in technical work You have to sacrifice your knowledge ad skills once you join here Technology is commodity here...(the worse part when you will interact in CEO session) Lots of induction and training programs conducted here...literally they force to attained irrational trainings
