Minpunten
At Canary Wharf, the management is so bad they would take what you said in confidence, tell people your business, spread rumours and talk bad about other people. I once mentioned looking for full-time work, particularly to the supervisor, mentioning that I was finishing my studies, and looking for work and then, the supervisor and manager were spreading rumours that I was leaving, which broke my trust. The manager then decided to message me during my holidays, sending a voice note that disappeared after 24 hours, which he knew it was wrong, trying to reduce my hours, claiming it was to "hire more people", but wanted to give my hours away to other colleagues. They would both pry into your life if you kept to yourself because they were nosy and jealous and they felt threatened by my full potential. They were both trying to take advantage of me. The manager would barely praise staff and was sometimes passive-aggressive towards me through texts, especially when he got my holidays mixed up, and l often felt excluded by him at times. He would message me during my holidays. Very unprofessional, with a bad temper (swearing) for example, that made the workplace unbearable whilst working there at times.
