Pluspunten

The Paris office is awesome. A lot of pationate people and challenging problems to solve and multiple technologies to play with (.net, frontend things, java, hadoop world, probably all existing nosql stuffs on the market... :) ) Start up mindset, nerf guns, flexible working hours and a flat management hierarchy. Purely tech career paths are clearly promoted. Which is unique in France. A Principal Developer can get as much money than a manager of 40 persons. You won't find better in France.

Taking away perks that we have had for a long time. Eventually reach your cap as an IC.

People I worked with and the culture was great, work life balance was fantastic.

Minpunten

Every year now it layoffs, makes one want to ask a question. Perhaps Criteo needs a better CFO to manage the companies finances. Being every year Criteo is laying people off, yet CFO still remains. Perhaps Criteo needs to look at those who are staying a bit closer.
