Alot of opportunity if you are a hard worker. GE is place to be apart of a company with a world-class supply chain and manufacturing component. People who go above and beyond are rewarded and promoted. Most leader care about the people in their businesses and do whatever they can to make sure their teams are successful.
Minpunten
ALot of people and if you do not have a strong personality, it is easy to get lost in the fold. Its usually difficult to start with GE from the outside, do the the highly matrixed organizations and leadership structures...but that also creates alot of growth potential.
