Nasty Atmosphere- QC Micro Rockville - werkgeversreview Microbiologist bij GSK

The QC micro department is a DEPRESSING place to work. There is absolutely no encouragement or promise offered by leaders. Instead, obnoxious pushiness and demands with no hope of reward. The entire department has either quit or is trying to quit. This leads to more and more work being piled upon existing employees. When these vacant positions are finally filled, more people are driven off by the lack of uplifting/positive leadership. I would avoid this site and especially this department like the plague that it is.
