Most of the knowledgeable talent were let go while replacing them with young misinformed management not understanding how to manage aging equipment, indifference to their reports, very shaky and dismal future in SSF. What a shame, it was such a joy to go to work and now it seems chaotic, badly managed with most employees hiding rather than working to produce the badly needed proprietary cancer meds our patients have depended on with assurance for many years. Now it is just hot or miss if batches run through the plant successfully or most likely with many issues that so easily could be avoided if management were more knowledgeable or even care for the long term.
