In addition, their Internal Mobility Program ensures employees get priority consideration on open positions to continue along their career path.

      GDIT is a separate business entity, so direct mobility options to other General Dynamics business entities are limited.

      The company has your back; it shows how much it cares for its employees. Personnel moves are done in a way that makes sense, and they often put the right person in the right job and make changes quickly when necessary.

      Minpunten

      As contractors, you are bound to what the customer asks. And there is not much control over it, since you are contractually bound to support that customer. Even then, GDIT corporate makes sure to reach a good middle ground when changes are requested.

      Extremely basic benefit offerings. There also seems to be a very wide chasm between GDIT internal (management/corporate) and front-line staff who are focused on the contract.
