Minpunten
- Toxic contract with high turnover. HR beyond the project was apparently unaware of the level of turnover - despite the rotating door of people leaving under extraordinary circumstances. HR did not create the problem - but there was zero follow up from the company on very serious matters and I received no tangible support. The GDIT manager was a gossip who openly blames the customer or team members for retention when people have tried to do the right thing and resolve concerns. There is a paper trail and plenty of people to interview on these matters. The common denominator in years of issues is: GDIT leadership.
