Bad work culture affecting personal life. Managers expect you stay late night (sometimes till 1-2) every day. Due to the pressurized environment, brings up a bad relationship with co-workers. Have to work on Weekends also. Entire decision making by HQ & no say for folks from other country. Stressful monotonous work can hampers learning. Average graded employee are paid badly. Bad managers, lacking complete management skills. No Laptop. No work from home option. Gmail, yahoomail, orkut, facebook, etc etc blocked from company web.
