High staff turnover: local and European staff members, both full-time and contractors, leave in masses due to company culture and lack of coherent strategy. Non-full time Chinese employees, many of whom are well educated stay so some strange reason. Work hours: Full-time employees work very long-hours and are paid relatively well; contractors are paid peanuts and are expected to work same number of hours.
