good learning for freshers not for experience guys

1.Long working hours coming 9:30 a.m and going you do not know at what time. 2.Folowing agile methodlogies are very worst 3.employess will not rest. 4.They are thinking that they are giving more package as compared to outside .but they will get more work . 5.Getting code from some good companies or open source community and pasting .
