IBM has forgotten that the customer is the centerpoint of success. They waste time on their over-engineered internal processes, especially in finance, business ops and HR. Customers repeatedly said about contracting, "we hate doing business with you". A lot of PR talk about culture and values, the reality is completely the reverse. They say they are open to diversity, however, micro-aggression that breeds discrimation is live and well in middle management.
