Pluspunten

I would rate Infosys as a best company among the Indian companies. Much depends upon your luck, some people goto Onsite just after 2 years and GC is applied while other struggle even after 6-7 years.

Minpunten

Laterals joinees have literally screwed it who don't know anything about Infosys ethics and cultures. There are various incompetent people who earn in dollars at there own comfort w/o doing anything. There are people who swipe in morning, stay in Infosys for 2-3 hours and swipe out at the evening and they get everything including Role change, best CRR.
