Pluspunten

Down to earth company and plenty of opportunities to make friends among your peers. Still has a lot of potential for growth in the IT consulting. So it is one of the companies to grow well if you are in the middle level management. But it is absolutely wide at the bottom with incredible number of people at the software engineer or programmer analyst level. The compensation needs a lot of thing to be desired with below par compared to the other US consulting firms. It is not at the rock bottom but above the median level.
