Pluspunten

Facilities are very good in infosys.You will not such infrastructure in any company. Many supporting departments are there.So that if you have any query in your mind you will get your answer in a minute.

Minpunten

Packages are less compared to other companies. Appraisals are very less. Some of the policies frustrate the employees.Hike given to the employees is very less.

Minpunten

Mandatory office time even when entire team is halfway across the country. Lack of upwards mobility. Constant pressure to inject generative AI into tasks that it can’t or shouldn’t do. Small increases in pay occur only once every 2-3 years.
