Opportunity to travel globally (medium to long-term assignments), work with large well-respected global corporations (clients of Infosys), good experience with CMMI processes, great campuses in India

Minpunten

Very focused on client satisfaction. What about the employee? Tight with benefits to employees when posted abroad (outside India). Promotions are given out after a lot of deliberations as there is intense competition and difficult for senior management to decide.
