- buildings are nice. - trainings are tough and helpful - co-workers are helpful - bus transport service is good

Minpunten

- if manager is good then working is really fun but if manager is not good then it is really a pain.

2 at-home days per week

Minpunten

Mandatory office time even when entire team is halfway across the country. Lack of upwards mobility. Constant pressure to inject generative AI into tasks that it can’t or shouldn’t do. Small increases in pay occur only once every 2-3 years.
