Pluspunten

Superior tracking, process oriented, systematized learning and development process. There is enough reason why Infosys became the best despite lacking backing of any big business house unlike it's contemporaries , and it shows clearly when you work there

Minpunten

Policies are not implemented in the most optimal way ( read execution of the policy ) at times, leading to a lot of negative energy all across.

Minpunten

Mandatory office time even when entire team is halfway across the country. Lack of upwards mobility. Constant pressure to inject generative AI into tasks that it can’t or shouldn’t do. Small increases in pay occur only once every 2-3 years.
