Pluspunten

Competitive salaries, although some might disagree, it depends on each case. Good benefits in general. Excellent working methodologies and very skilled staff.

Minpunten

No support or poor policies when relocate people to work on site, specially when moving to different countries. Employees have to pay all the expenses and there's a lot of non-friendly fine print policies when you try to get your expenses reimbursed.
