Pluspunten

Laid back atmosphere- no pressure to keep learning to enhance your skills.

Minpunten

Low growth opportunities -low compensation -Uses old technologies- very few departments use latest technologies and the remain domains are stuck up with legacy tools-Come out of the company and see what more serious companies are upto,You wil get to know you literally dint learn much the years you spend there. You will learn the industry process and procedures ,but not technologies. -Too much autonomy to managers. They are like kings. Play according to their wimps are you are safe.

Good learning opportunities – Access to internal learning platforms, certifications, and training programs (especially for freshers). Global exposure – Opportunities to work with international clients and global delivery teams. Structured processes – Well-defined policies, documentation, and governance. Safe and inclusive workplace – Strong focus on ethics, compliance, and diversity.

Minpunten

Salary growth can be slow – Compensation increments may be lower compared to market standards. Limited flexibility in role changes – Internal mobility and project switches can take time. Bureaucratic processes – Decision-making can be slow due to multiple approval layers. Project allocation delays – Bench time and delayed onboarding to projects can happen.
