Pluspunten

NRN is back! Company culture is very good. Facilities and infrastructure is excellent. NRN's return should bring about the much needed changes required. Focus back again on employee satisfaction.

Minpunten

A few processes and policies are not employee friendly. 9.15 hours average and to few leaves. Salary has been on the lower side but changes to salary structure have already been announced.

Salary growth can be slow – Compensation increments may be lower compared to market standards. Limited flexibility in role changes – Internal mobility and project switches can take time.
