Pluspunten

--Very good Infrastructure and facilities at work place --Training and learning opportunities --Esteem Client base --A good platform for meeting lot of people in same place.. may be good for networking and all

Minpunten

-- Irritating amount of dirty politics and mobbing -- Low pay.. -- Senior management dont care about dirty things in lower and middle level .. (May be one day this will result in fall of the company) -- Recogni is based on favourism / gender ?/ politics.. also work allocation, Promotions everything is politics based ..BUT VERY WELL JUSTIFIED BY BEAUTIFULLY COINED WORDS. If you questions it..then they are smart enough to prove you as a STUPID resource -- Somehow company managed ppl (including employees) to believe infosys is great.. Employees who stay there for long time realise what mistake they did.

Good learning opportunities – Access to internal learning platforms, certifications, and training programs (especially for freshers). Global exposure – Opportunities to work with international clients and global delivery teams. Structured processes – Well-defined policies, documentation, and governance. Safe and inclusive workplace – Strong focus on ethics, compliance, and diversity.

Minpunten

Salary growth can be slow – Compensation increments may be lower compared to market standards. Limited flexibility in role changes – Internal mobility and project switches can take time. Bureaucratic processes – Decision-making can be slow due to multiple approval layers. Project allocation delays – Bench time and delayed onboarding to projects can happen. Variable learning exposure – Skill growth depends heavily on the project assigned. Less innovation in some teams – Certain projects may use legacy technologies. Onsite opportunities are limited – Compared to earlier years, onsite roles are fewer. Performance appraisal transparency – Rating systems may feel rigid or unclear.
