Real discrimination. Manager treating you as a property. I got so much stress in this work. Company and department culture is so bad. People waiting the end of day to go to drink.

Minpunten

Mandatory office time even when entire team is halfway across the country. Lack of upwards mobility. Constant pressure to inject generative AI into tasks that it can’t or shouldn’t do. Small increases in pay occur only once every 2-3 years.
