      Nothing i can think of they are good at exploiting USA visa system or for that matter any country visa system and their clients as well

      2 at-home days per week

      Minpunten

      Mandatory office time even when entire team is halfway across the country. Lack of upwards mobility. Constant pressure to inject generative AI into tasks that it can’t or shouldn’t do. Small increases in pay occur only once every 2-3 years.
