      There is a lot of hierarchy and sometimes good work is not recognized. You might get stuck in a project for a long time which may hamper your growth chances.

      Mandatory office time even when entire team is halfway across the country. Lack of upwards mobility. Constant pressure to inject generative AI into tasks that it can’t or shouldn’t do. Small increases in pay occur only once every 2-3 years.
