I'm working in a nice project, where I have the chance to get know and to work with nice people. If you don't have experience is a good place where to start your career, but then go somewhere else.

Minpunten

No benefits at all compared to other companies here in Brno; The indian low cost mentality is tangible; Center like the one in Brno/Lodz they exist only because they need people with european languages, they don't care about your skills. If they could, they would provide all services from India, it's cheaper for them. All big and interesting opportunities (travels, relocation in other continents, change projects) are given mainly to Indians;
