Great Facilities - but no time to use Most illogical policies No respect for the effort put by the employees Will get only peanuts in return to 12 hours work Illogical Promotion and appraisal Process Nearly Nill Onsite opportunities to most of the people. Only Manager's pets get most of this opportunities.
