Pluspunten
O have been there for 1 only, I can say there are many opportunities to continue learning, self learning tools available, multiple sessions for mind healthy, good compensation, interesting customers, flexible work but depending on the customer, during the pandemia the company supports employees giving the home office option, trust in employees and a lot of HR activities for the employees and their families.
Minpunten
Sometimes there is a very low workload for long periods, can be used for trainings but after a while it result a bit boring. I know there are some people with a huge workload, not my case but some people complain about that. Even I know there are some people working on weekends, holidays and not getting extra time payment but only recovery time.
