Pluspunten

Yes not many will believe me but infosys is a good place to work if one believes in himself that he wants to bring a change. Management is slow in adapting at times however they are never defensive if you propose any change. Company as large as infosys, experience could differ significantly unit to unit.

Minpunten

Management is risk averse, slow, and not innovative. Fresh thinking is lacking, same old practices are being followed and yes IRACE was a disaster. If they have paid anything to get that implemented......that will surely go as wastage in my books.
