Pluspunten

Transparent management structure, open door policy. Skip level meetings are one of the best facilitating methods I've seen that helps avoid bureaucracy and corporate politics. Hardworker, smart and efficient individuals get rewarded. Opportunity to work in horizontal divisions are open.

Minpunten

Salary compensation is very low. Growth in terms of job designation is identified in long-term year slabs. A poor manager might seriously undermine the team's growth and hence an individual under such manager will be really unlucky as his growth will be significantly impacted.

Salary growth can be slow – Compensation increments may be lower compared to market standards. Limited flexibility in role changes – Internal mobility and project switches can take time. Bureaucratic processes – Decision-making can be slow due to multiple approval layers. Project allocation delays – Bench time and delayed onboarding to projects can happen.
