There is no transparency in year end appraisal and quarterly bonus. Very hard to get a release from the project. Moderate work culture

Mandatory office time even when entire team is halfway across the country. Lack of upwards mobility. Constant pressure to inject generative AI into tasks that it can’t or shouldn’t do. Small increases in pay occur only once every 2-3 years.
