- Good experience if mapped to a good project - Managers are very helpful and friendly - Provide Lex platform to get certifications and their professional test are really helped to build your technical thought process

- Sometimes if project is at critical stage of delivery then you might need to work after work hours. - Increment is very less

Minpunten

Mandatory office time even when entire team is halfway across the country. Lack of upwards mobility. Constant pressure to inject generative AI into tasks that it can’t or shouldn’t do. Small increases in pay occur only once every 2-3 years.
