Pluspunten

Work life balance was pretty good for me because of good client side TL and management. Pretty good content in their learning apps to grow your skill set Great infra in their campus and offices. Salary gets credited on time. Opportunities to switch your project as per your required skill set is possible.

Minpunten

Pay is very less for freshers considering current inflation and other things. Growth in your salary and designation is pretty slow. Efforts of the freshers gets overshadowed. Less number of leaves. Lack of recognition for freshers, you'll get nothing other than a piece of certificate as a appreciation.

Mandatory office time even when entire team is halfway across the country. Lack of upwards mobility. Constant pressure to inject generative AI into tasks that it can’t or shouldn’t do. Small increases in pay occur only once every 2-3 years.
