Easy to get in, have pretty good training for beginners.

It's not clear how they assign client projects. Doesn't seem like they're doing a very good job doing it.

Minpunten

Mandatory office time even when entire team is halfway across the country. Lack of upwards mobility. Constant pressure to inject generative AI into tasks that it can’t or shouldn’t do. Small increases in pay occur only once every 2-3 years.
