Good salary and able to work from home

Minpunten

No training, no possibility of movement after 4 years in the role. Not a team environment. Very individualistic and not collaborative. The culture is very Indian even in North America. Expected to work 18 hrs most days and weekends. No respect for personal time.

2 at-home days per week

Minpunten

Mandatory office time even when entire team is halfway across the country. Lack of upwards mobility. Constant pressure to inject generative AI into tasks that it can’t or shouldn’t do. Small increases in pay occur only once every 2-3 years.
